Shipping & Returns

  • If available in stock, domestic orders are shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • You will be notified by email and mobile with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a contact number.
  • In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred.

     **Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for shipping & deliveries.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • For domestic orders, there is free shipping for orders above INR 1000.
  • For international orders Shipping charges, Duties & Taxes are to be borne by the customers. 
  • Shipping charges may vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the final shipping destination. 
  • In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS 

Ceramic Products

  • Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 
  • In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and damaged products and we will replace your order. Contact - arkshop@gmail.com
  • Before accepting the shipments from the delivery personnel, please check that it is in good condition and have not been tampered with.
  • Any complaints that are reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted. 
  • International orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 or the payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, will be applied.
  • If the item has been shipped, the order can not be cancelled.
  • For any order cancellation, you need to notify us within 24 hours of order placing with an email to arkshop@gmail.com
